Authentication Data

Moodle Username

When a user interacts with supported platforms such as Moodle, the Extension may collect the user’s Moodle username. This identifier is used only to prevent subscription misuse, such as creating multiple accounts to bypass payment or usage limits. We do not use this information for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

Diagnostic and Error Data (Sentry)

The Extension uses Sentry to collect anonymized error reports and performance diagnostics. These reports may include: – technical logs related to errors; – environment data (browser version, extension version, OS type); – non-personal metadata about the event. We configure Sentry not to collect personal data whenever possible. Error reports are used only to improve stability and fix bugs.

Non-Personal Contextual Data

The Extension may process non-personal contextual information from the currently opened website (for example, selected text or page structure) to provide AI-based assistance. This information is processed only as needed and is not stored for long-term use.

No Collection of Sensitive Categories

The Extension does not collect or store: – financial or payment information; – medical information; – personal communications; – browsing history; – precise location data; – keystrokes or mouse movements; – any other sensitive or unrelated user information.

2. How We Use the Data

Collected data is used strictly for: – enabling user authentication; – verifying subscription legitimacy (Moodle username); – improving functionality and stability (Sentry diagnostics); – providing AI-powered assistance.

The Extension does not use user data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

3. Data Storage

Authentication tokens, Moodle username, and user settings may be stored locally using the browser’s built-in storage. Diagnostic data is processed by Sentry, a third-party service that complies with industry security standards.

We do not sell or rent any data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: – backend services required to provide AI assistance; – Sentry, strictly for error reporting and diagnostics.

We do not share any personally identifiable information beyond what is required for these functions.

5. User Control

Users may: – log out at any time to remove authentication data; – clear extension storage directly from the browser; – uninstall the Extension to stop all data collection.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from such users.
